Polaris Educational Technologies

Technology for professional pathways.

Polaris EdTech develops digital tools that simplify the systems surrounding education, experiential learning, supervision, credentialing, and professional development.

The Problem We're Solving

Professional pathways shouldn't be this difficult to navigate.

Students, educators, supervisors, and professionals often rely on disconnected systems to manage placement, supervision, credentials, documentation, and professional milestones. We build technology that connects the pieces.

Education → Experience → Supervision → Credentialing → Professional Practice

Our Products

Technology built for the journey.

Two flagship products, with more in development. Each solves a distinct navigation problem along the pathway from education to professional practice.

In Development

Human-Centered

Technology should make complicated systems easier for the people navigating them.

Accessible

Professional opportunities shouldn't depend on someone's ability to decipher fragmented systems.

Intelligent

Use data and thoughtful automation to reduce unnecessary administrative work.

Connected

Education, training, supervision, credentialing, and professional practice are parts of the same journey. Technology should reflect that.

About Polaris

We build the tools we wished already existed.

Polaris Educational Technologies was created from firsthand experience with the gaps between education and professional practice. Students struggle to locate opportunities. Programs struggle to coordinate placements. Professionals struggle to navigate supervision and credentialing. Organizations often rely on spreadsheets, email, and manual processes to hold everything together. Polaris exists to build better infrastructure for those journeys.

Dr. Olivia Easley · Founder & CEO

At the intersection of education, systems, and technology.

Dr. Easley founded Polaris Educational Technologies after years of working inside the very systems the company is designed to improve. As a counselor educator, licensed clinical supervisor, and clinical practitioner, she watched capable students, supervisees, and professionals stall out not because of ability, but because the infrastructure supporting their pathway was fragmented, opaque, or missing entirely.

She founded Polaris to build better. The company sits at the intersection of educational technology, professional development infrastructure, and systems design — bringing a practitioner's understanding of what actually happens in classrooms, supervision hours, and licensure processes to the challenge of building software that meets those realities.

Dr. Easley holds a PhD and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in North Carolina. She lives with her family in North Carolina.

Our Vision

Building the infrastructure behind professional development.

There is an enormous technology gap between school and career — dozens of processes hiding between those two words. Polaris is building technology across the entire lifecycle: education, placement, experience, graduation, supervision, credentialing, licensure, continuing education, and professional practice.
